Ten years of honing innovation for the future

On January 18th, 2025, Transcell Technology held its 10th anniversary celebration and the 2025

Spring Festival Annual Meeting with the theme of "Ten Years of Forge Innovation for the Future". All employees of the company gather together to review the hardships of the past decade and look forward to the infinite possibilities of the future.

At the meeting, the general manager expressed sincere gratitude to all employees for theirhard work in the past year, and comprehensively reviewed the overall operation of the company in 2024 through a series of detailed data and cases, objectively analyzed the achievements and challenges faced, and scientifically planned the development strategy and goals for 2025. Subsequently, the vice president of the company and the heads of each department gave speeches one by one. Finally, a voting evaluation was conducted for the Outstanding Employee and Behind the scenes Contribution Award of 2024, and the Best Progress Award of 2024 was announced.

In the ten years of company development, every progress cannot be separated from the hard work of all employees. At the annual meeting, outstanding employees, the Best Progress Award, and the Behind the Scenes Contribution Award were commended and rewarded. They are the pride of the company and the role models for everyone to learn from.

Looking back on the past is to move forward better, and the wonderful performances add joy and warmth to the annual meeting. The programs carefully prepared by employees from various departments have appeared one after another, with a wide variety of dances, songs, saxophone performances, etc., making it overwhelming.

In addition to exciting performances, the annual meeting also features interactive games and lucky draws. Everyone actively participated, team members worked closely together, and there was constant laughter and joy on site. These games not only enhance the relationship between employees, but also make everyone deeply appreciate the importance of teamwork.

'Ten years of honing innovation for the future' is not only the theme of this annual meeting, but also the direction and guidance for the company's future development. On the basis of the past decade's struggle, all   Transcell personnel will work together with more firm beliefs and full enthusiasm, forge ahead, and move towards higher goals.
