Resolve the pressure balance issue during the unloading process of the loss-in weight feeder

The loss-in weight feeder will generate a certain amount of pressure during the feeding process, especially during the feeding process where the pressure changes significantly. Accuracy is very important at this stage, especially in low feed situations.

In order to achieve pressure balance, pressure compensation is required, which is usually divided into mechanical structural solutions and electronic solutions.

The mechanical structure solution usually adopts the export solution: two separate soft connections are used in two directions on the pressure compensation pipeline.

The electronic solution is to measure the pressure inside the hopper and compensate for it by using software.
