Bridge prevention measures

The anti bridging measures of the loss-in weight measurement system mainly consist of two parts: the replenishment bin system and the loss-in weight feeder itself. The anti bridging measures for replenishing the silo mainly include: adding an activation hopper at the bottom of the silo, adding a vertical mixing device in the middle of the silo, adding a blowing device or a vibrating air hammer at the bottom of the silo, selecting the appropriate size and type of replenishment valve, designing the feeding angle of the silo reasonably, and installing a transition pipe at the feeding port below the valve.
